Until She Turned Gay...

Ginnifer Balisteros (Keanna Reeves) is a sad and insecure woman who feels a need to win a beauty pageant to prove her self-worth- and to fulfill her mother Gloria's (Melanie Marquez) dying wish.

However, she loses the crown in the ninth time in a prestigious beauty pageant.

To make matters worse, her boyfriend dumps her.

Crestfallen, Ginnifer turns reclusive and becomes absorbed in her own demented world.

Her Aunt Patria (Eugene Domingo) convinces her to try yet another cosmetic surgery, but at the last minute, Ginnifer backs out and runs off till she loses consciousness.

Three metrosexual gays - Jason (Jason Gainza), Miguel (Franzen Fajardo) and Dino (Bobby Andrewss)- find Ginnifer lying on the pavement.

Thinking that she is a desperate gay,stricken with amnesia, they decide to make her their latest gay beauty queen protegee.

Sensing that this could be her last chance to win a crown. Ginnifer pretends to be gay.

The transformation begins and she is renamed Ivanka La Strada!

Finally she's happy and "gay" until she comes face to face with her major nemesis, Chuvaneska (Paolo Contis), the beautiful, professional and mean gay candidate who is out to destroy her, exposure her true identity, and lose her last bid to win a crown.

The movie also stars Eddie Garcia, as has-been gay make-up artist Mamu with a secret that could change Ginnifer's life forever.
